Our website’s return policy is based on the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005 (and subsequent amendments introduced by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014).

As explicitly defined by the legislator in Article 52, paragraph 1: “Without prejudice to the exceptions provided for in Article 59, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without having to provide any reason and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 56, paragraph 2, and Article 57.”

The expenses for the potential return of the products are the responsibility of the customer.

Therefore, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within 14 days of receiving the product, communicate their intention to withdraw via email to info@ceramichedepiazza.com, indicating the order number and the necessary information for the proper handling of the operation. No justification is required, but requests submitted through other electronic means will not be considered.

Once the request is made, the customer must return the products to Ceramiche De Piazza (Via Alfieri 6, Grosio 23033 (SO), Italy) in the same condition as received (new and undamaged), complete with their original packaging. They must not have been used and then returned; otherwise, the refund will be denied.

Ceramiche De Piazza will proceed with the refund within 14 days upon receiving the products, using the same payment method used by the customer or as otherwise agreed.

Contrary to what is provided for in the Consumer Code, we have extended our consumer protection policy. In the event that the consumer decides to return a product purchased online in-store, it is possible, and the refund will be made using the same method as the item was purchased (or as otherwise agreed). The 14-day period for returning the product and the 14-day period for processing the refund remain unchanged.
